Shipping and Returns
The Wasted Collective currently ships carbon neutral to the United States and select international locations - Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. We partner with Cloverly to offset the carbon impact of our shipments.

Orders within the United States ship from our warehouse outside Los Angeles, CA via FedEx or UPS. At checkout, you’ll be able to decide how fast you want your items by choosing between the following shipping options:
- Ground (4-7 business days): Free for orders over $75, $10 for orders under $75
- Expedited (2 day): $25 for all orders
- Next Day (1 business day): $45 for all orders
We offer international shipping via DHL. Shipping is free for orders over $200. For orders less than $200, shipping rates are based on the product destination and are calculated at checkout. Transit time is between 3-10 business days.
Please note all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU) - international customers are responsible for customs, duties and taxes. These costs are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be billed separately by the shipping company, if applicable. Unfortunately, we’re unable to calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and we do not take responsibility for any delays that may occur due to international customs issues or any additional duties or taxes that your country may require.
Please note that the above transit times are estimates based on the services our carriers provide. Once your order has left our fulfillment center, The Wasted Collective cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays and damaged items.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Please note that purchases made during the "Spring Cleaning" Sale are final sale.
Need to make a return on another purchase? No worries. Simply email email@example.com with your order number, product details, and reason for your return/exchange within 30 days of receipt to request a shipping label. After emailing our customer service team for a shipping label, pop your unworn, unwashed, original condition items in the post. Return shipping is free within the US, and available to our international friends for a postage fee based on your location. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your original form of payment, less any shipping costs.
For exchanges, although you're not able to request this through your account, our customer service team is more than happy to provide you with information on how to return your original item and can help you place your new order. Just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
