Thank you for shopping with Wasted Collective. Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

For orders within Singapore and Indonesia, we use a local courier service which provides free shipping. A US$10 fee applies for orders to the United States, with the final price calculated at checkout.

We are a growing lifestyle brand striving to bring the Wasted Collective ethos to as many countries and communities as we can. For now, we offer international shipping to the following countries at a flat rate of US$30. Please note that the final price, including shipping, taxes and duties, will be calculated at checkout.

Wasted Collective offers free global shipping for all orders over $300, excluding taxes and duties.

We offer free return shipping to customers within Singapore, Indonesia and the US. For countries outside these regions, we are currently unable to provide pre-paid return labels and can only provide a label with the return address. As a result, customers will need to be responsible for return shipping costs. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

To place a return inquiry, please email help@thewastedco.com and provide your order number and the email address used during your purchase.

Inside your return package, be sure to include your packing slip. If you no longer have your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, your email address registered with Wasted Collective, and your order reference number.

Returns are usually accepted within 15 days of delivery for orders within Singapore and Indonesia, and within 30 days for the US and other countries.

All returned items must be unworn and undamaged. Please ship your item(s) back in the original packaging to give all our products multi-lives. Once your item(s) are received and inspected, the order amount will be issued back to the credit card used during purchase within 7-10 business days.

If you would like to exchange an online purchase for a different size or colour, please notify help@thewastedco.com to request a refund and place a new order.
